What is this program?  The Science Festival is a school day assembly that engages students in hands-on scientific exploration stations that emphasize the scientific method.

How does this program work? Designed to look and feel like a science fair, the Science Fair Assembly introduces students to the format of a traditional science fair while also introducing them to important scientific content. The Science Family Night program is a fun, interactive, and educational evening for families, which complements a school day Science Fair Assembly for students.

Who can participate in this program? The program is designed for K-5th grade students.

Where is this program offered? Science Festivals are offered at: Kings Beach Elementary, Incline Elementary School, Tahoe Lake Elementary School, Truckee Elementary School and Glenshire Elementary School.
