Professional Development

SWEP offers a number of trainings, including the Place-Based Service-Learning Workshop, the Teachers Interpretive Hike Series in the fall and spring, and Community Leaders in the Classroom. We offer these professional development opportunities independently and in cooperation with school districts and other partners.

For the 2007-2008 school year, SWEP professional development will build upon past themes of literacy and sustainability and how to merge these themes with the TTUSD focus on creating a culture of collaboration amongst teachers, administrators and staff.
